Please complete the application and submit the Confidential School Report/Transcript Request Form and the Confidential Teacher Evaluation Form to the applicant's present school. Transfer students are not required to take the placement exam. The transfer application is considered complete when we have received the application and the recommendation and transcript from the applicant's school.
