Bear for a Day - 8th grader visit days on campus are offered from late September through early January.
Registration for Bear for a Day visits will open August 28, 2026 for 8th grade students only. Space is limited.

Transfer Students

We welcome transfer students to apply for admission to our school.

*The preferred deadline to apply for the fall semester is the end of February. (Transfer students typically enroll at the beginning of the school year, though we do occasionally accept students for the second semester, which begins in late January.) We have transfer students joining our community from around the Puget Sound region.

Please complete the application and submit the Confidential School Report/Transcript Request Form and the Confidential Teacher Evaluation Form to the applicant's current school. The transfer application is considered complete when we have received all three of these pieces: the application, the transcript and the teacher evaluation. *Transfer students are eligible to apply for financial aid.

I love the community at Blanchet. I transferred here from a public high school so that I would be more inspired in my schooling. The feeling of being so supported in my classes and outside of class is wonderful. Teachers and students do all they can to be a part of the school, so that you succeed not only academically but socially. descriptions and pictures don't do this amazing school justice. - Annick

8th grade parents are also invited to join us on campus for Coffee and Tour with President DeSapio and members of our Leadership Team
